MANUFACTURE AND ASSEMBLY
A CCC piston kit comprises one piston, one set of piston rings assembled in the corresponding piston grooves, one piston pin and two circlip rings. If requested by the customer, the piston kit is also inserted into the corresponding cylinder liner.
The piston kit is properly packaged by means of oxygen-reducing paper within an approved carton box and with customised labelling as per customer requirements.
With engine tests supervised by FPT engineers, CCC has successfully homologated the following engine families for piston kits and half bearings, which have proven their reliability for over a decade.

CYLINDER LINERS
OUR CORE BUSINESS since 1947
The manufacture of cylinder liners for trucks and other heavy-duty automotive applications is the origin of our company and is still our core business today.
CCC cylinder liners act as the inner wall of the combustion chamber, forming a low-friction surface for the piston rings whilst encapsulating the lubricant and ensuring the outward transfer of heat.
Our range of dry sleeve and wet liners go from 70 mm up to 155 mm bore and are found in the engines of those such as CNH, IVECO, FPT, RENAULT and KOMATSU.
It is mission-critical that these components slide freely and without friction to keep wear to an absolute minimum, and that their shape remains stable. So it is essential that customers can trust the quality and integrity of the cylinder liners which they are fitting to their engines. Working with CCC gives customers that necessary peace of mind.

CCC half bearing kits come in many sizes, which are identified simply and easily by their colour. These can be in standard sizing, or oversized for ReMan applications.
