Within our group of companies we have our own foundry as well as a machining, coating and finishing plant – which gives us an in-depth understanding of the latest manufacturing techniques and processes essential for the production of engine components of the highest quality.

To ensure the consistent quality of all CCC products (as well as to support the development of new products), we have introduced rigorous ongoing quality control processes during the entire component production cycle, as well as investing in a specialised testing laboratory.
Within it, you will find highly-trained technicians using modern equipment for continuous checks on the fundamental parameters of the components’ geometry as well as on the characteristics of the material used and functional tests – including the metallographic structure, coating adhesion and cross section analysis.
